Teachers need connection. We need connection with other teachers to stay inspired, be open minded, be pushed to try new things, and to always push to new heights in our studios. Teaching is an art - a craft - and we never create best when isolated from the outside world.

That’s why me and pianist Maggie Johns decided to start The Studio Circle: a gathering space for music educators of NE Ohio where connection fuels creativity and craft. Our vision is simple: bring together teachers of all backgrounds—whether you’ve been teaching for 20 years or 2—and create a space to share, mentor, and grow together.

No requirements. No barriers. Just a love for music, teaching, and a desire to keep learning.
